Job summary

McKesson Corporation seeks a Product Designer to craft AI-enabled, user-centric experiences across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service, and Inventory Optimization. You will lead end-to-end design from discovery to launch, leveraging Figma, design systems, and AI prototyping to drive value for customers and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive product design experience in enterprise, platform, SaaS
• Experience end-to-end design for complex product portfolios in enterprise, platform, or SaaS environments
• Proficiency in Figma including AI-enabled prototyping and design systems governance
• Expertise in AI-enabled product design including human-AI interaction and prompt design
• Ability to craft scalable design frameworks, standards and patterns
• Strong cross-functional facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and storytelling to translate insights into executive-ready narratives
• Experience creating AI-enabled design workflows and automation capabilities

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end design for AI-enabled product experiences across web and mobile
• Translate user needs into intuitive workflows and scalable product designs
• Decompose customer needs into intuitive designs tied to product strategy
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and synthesize insights
• Validate concepts through usability testing and define success metrics
