Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a procurement operations leader to drive strategy, transformation, quality, and performance across the PR-to-PO lifecycle.

You will set standards for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while modernizing processes with AI-enabled workflows and automation. You will co-own the Buy Desk, own KPIs and dashboards, mentor contingent staff, and collaborate with Sourcing, Contracting, Payments, FP&A, and Accounting to design future-state purchasing.

Qualifications

• Mentor or guide procurement/operations teams.
• Executive-facing communication to senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional change and transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on AI-assisted process design and lightweight tool-building.
• Strong analytical thinking and root-cause analysis.
• Solid understanding of procurement codes, contracts, and SLAs.
• Advanced Excel and reporting/dashboard ownership.
• Extensive Coupa experience; familiarity with SAP/Ariba/Oracle is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in procurement operations with leadership scope.

Responsibilities

• Co-owns evolving the PR-to-PO operating model and related system initiatives.
• Improve end-to-end workflows and reduce manual effort through automation.
• Lead Buy Desk KPIs, dashboards, and e-procurement configurations.
• Mentor contingent staff and provide functional leadership.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Contracting, Payments, FP&A and Accounting on future-state design.
