Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a procurement operations leader to shape the PR-to-PO lifecycle, uphold SOX/compliance, and drive end-to-end accuracy and efficiency in San Diego.

You will co-own the operating model, champion automation and AI-enabled workflows, mentor Buy Desk teams, and partner with Sourcing, Contracting, and FP&A to design future-state intelligent buying. This role emphasizes leadership beyond individual tasks, cross-functional collaboration, and building durable procurement capability

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or guiding procurement/operations teams.
• Strong executive-facing communication to senior stakeholders.
• Track record driving cross-functional outcomes during transformations.
• Hands-on AI-assisted process design or lightweight tool-building and Claude.
• Advanced critical thinking and root-cause analysis at program level.
• Grasp of accounting codes, contract terms, and SLA-driven queue management.
• Experience building/owning reporting dashboards.
• Extensive Coupa experience; familiarity with SAP/Ariba/Oracle is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years procurement ops leadership.

Responsibilities

• Transform the PR-to-PO operating model and drive system initiatives tied to ERP upgrade.
• Challenge legacy workflows and enable orchestration to complement agents.
• Champion automation and AI-assisted approaches across sourcing triage and quality control.
• Develop AI-capable team skills and promote AI fluency within the group.
• Partner with Sourcing, Contracting, Payments, FP&A, Accounting to design future-state buying.
