Qualifications

• Mentor or guide a procurement/operations team.
• Strong executive-facing communication to senior stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional outcomes during transformation.
• Hands-on AI-assisted process design; familiarity with Claude.
• Advanced critical thinking at a program level.
• Solid grasp of accounting codes, contracts, and SLAs.
• Advanced Excel and reporting dashboard experience.
• Extensive Coupa experience; familiarity with ERP platforms (SAP, Ariba, Oracle).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years in procurement ops.

Responsibilities

• Co-owns evolution of PR-to-PO operating model and ERP upgrade.
• Apply Day 1 lens to end-to-end workflows; optimize orchestration.
• Champion automation and AI-assisted approaches in sourcing and QA.
• Develop AI-enabled team capability and drive adoption.
• Design future-state intelligent buying with adjacent functions.
• Own QC program and end-to-end PO lifecycle; ensure SOX/compliance.
• Define SLAs, resolve cross-team issues; manage KPIs and dashboards.
• Lead Buy Desk Advisor team and contingent staff mentoring.
