Job summary

Capgemini Invent’s Process Transformation Consultant role focuses on improving enterprise processes through data-driven methods, process mining, and intelligent automation. You’ll design and implement new operating models and collaborate across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI-driven solutions.

We seek 2–5 years of relevant experience, familiarity with Celonis, UiPath and SAP Signavio, and a commitment to responsible AI practices as you shape measurable business outcomes for

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy and understanding of AI concepts in enterprise transformation.
• 2–5 years in process improvement, BPM, automation or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Celonis, UiPath and SAP Signavio or similar tools.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Exposure to core enterprise processes (O2C, P2P, AR/AP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support process mining and process discovery initiatives (data prep, analysis, insights).
• Build performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, trend analysis) to quantify impact.
• Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value.
• Support workshops and synthesis into clear recommendations.
• Track GenAI/automation trends and translate into use cases.
