The Process Excellence team helps clients improve how work gets done across core enterprise processes by combining process design, process mining, analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled / agentic approaches to drive measurable business outcomes. The work is practical and value‑focused: identifying inefficiencies, surfacing root causes through data, redesigning workflows, improving control and performance, and building roadmaps that translate operational pain points into real transformation. Your Role

As a senior consultant, you’ll lead process diagnostics and automation workstreams‑turning operational pain into an executable plan with a credible value case. This is where you start owning the “so what” and “now what,” not just the analysis - often with GenAI as an accelerant, not a gimmick.

You Will:

• Lead process discovery, mining, and root‑cause analysis for client workstreams
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility

Your Skills + Experience

You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation. You are able to identify and support AI‑enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Required Experience
