Capgemini Invent is seeking a senior consultant in Buffalo, NY, to lead Enterprise Transformation workstreams that blend strategy, design, data and AI. Qualifications
- 5–8 years in process transformation or business transformation consulting.
- Hands-on exposure to process mining and automation tools.
- Strong advisory skills with client-facing experience.
- Experience with TOM, controls, or governance is a plus.
- Experience with UiPath, Celonis or Signavio.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Executive-ready communication and strong client presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams
- Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change
- Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility
- Facilitate workshops, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled improvements
- Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables
