Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Paralegal I to support the Law Department's Litigation, Compliance, Privacy, and Labor & Employment group. You will process lawsuits, manage case files, and coordinate documentation with attorneys.

You will assist attorneys, handle subpoenas and data requests, and prepare materials for presentation, while applying AI tools with human oversight to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent qualifying work experience.
• Minimum one year of substantive litigation support experience.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience using generative AI/tools with professional oversight.

Responsibilities

• Process new lawsuits and create case files, logging information in the legal database.
• Assist attorneys in litigation/arbitration matters and manage subpoenas, garnishments, and data requests.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents; coordinate filing and document transmission.
