BCLP is seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to support complex litigation matters across multiple offices, including Irvine and other West Coast locations. Qualifications

• Experience with litigation including pleadings, discovery, and trial support.
• Ability to manage complex document collections and e-discovery.
• Proficiency with AI-enabled legal tools and research databases.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support drafting and filing pleadings, motions, briefs, and appellate documents.
• Manage matters throughout the case lifecycle, including deadlines and calendars.
• Coordinate with clients, attorneys, and vendors to support case management.
• Assist with trial preparation and attendance, including witness prep and logistics.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support research and drafting while protecting confidential information.
• Perform legal research using Lexis, Westlaw, PACER.
• Manage discovery requests and responses.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
