Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join the Litigation & Regulatory Operations team. You will work with attorneys on complex antitrust matters, government investigations, IP and other disputes, leveraging AI-driven solutions to automate workflows and enhance data analysis.

The role requires coordinating with outside counsel, performing fact-finding, managing data, and supporting discovery, with travel across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of as a paralegal, legal program management, or legal case management experience
• Ability to use AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and related tools
• Experience in antitrust, government regulatory, or litigation matters

Responsibilities

• Conduct fact-finding, data analysis, and understand case issues using AI tools
• Identify custodians and interview internal witnesses
• Draft legal holds and collect data from various tools and teams
• Organize voluminous case materials using internal databases and AI-assisted systems
• Manage outside counsel on data requests and coordinate with eDiscovery vendors on productions
• Schedule depositions and support preparation
• Update budgets and track legal spend
• Provide end-to-end legal support from inception to closure (discovery, motions, hearings)
• Represent Amazon in Small Claims court (virtual and in-person) across US and Canada; some travel
• Manage alternative legal service providers for high-volume pre-litigation disputes
• Design and implement AI solutions (Amazon Kiro and Quick) to automate workflows and data analysis
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into processes with cross-functional teams
• Drive best practices and AI adoption within the Litigation & Regulatory team

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
