Job summary

Right Side Up is seeking freelance operators who can own a backlog of projects, map workflows, and ship AI-enabled internal tools using modern stacks like Supabase and Vercel. You’ll replace ad hoc tooling with scalable systems and document processes for adoption across client teams.

The role is a part-time, contract engagement, with ~15–20 hours weekly, aligning with a prioritized backlog and two‑week delivery cycles. Remote work available for clients across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations or product design.
• Experience mapping and redesigning workflows for lean, fast-scaling teams.
• Full-stack development experience building internal tools end-to-end.
• Track record replacing ad hoc or no-code tooling with durable systems.
• Broad LLM fluency across model platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the client's product and operations lead to prioritize a backlog of process and systems projects, shipping in roughly two-week increments.
• Map current-state workflows and redesign them into documented, scalable future-state processes.
• Build AI-enabled systems and workflows to support functions like materials logistics, inventory, and fulfillment.
• Build new apps and internal tools using Supabase, Vercel, and similar modern stacks.
• Replace legacy or no-code tooling with durable, secure, permissioned solutions.
• Document and roll out new processes and tools so internal teams can adopt and maintain them independently.
