Job summary

Scalia, a Global People Operations Agency, is seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design and deploy AI agents and automated workflows. The role is remote (LATAM) and part-time (about 20 hours per week) with potential to move to full-time based on performance.

The candidate will integrate AI tools into business processes, automate workflows in monday.com, and connect with Microsoft 365, Slack, and other SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with AI agent creation (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation (monday.com, Zapier, Make, or similar).
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows between platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Problem-solving mindset translating business needs into tech solutions.
• Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
• (Nice to have) Previous experience in startups or consulting environments.

Role Overview
