Job summary

Circadia Health is seeking a on-site Nurse Practitioner to join our field team supporting Dallas-area facilities. You will perform direct patient assessments, integrate Circadia tech into clinical workflows, and coach staff on using AI-powered insights to intervene earlier.

We look for TX-licensed NP with 2+ years of complex adult care, travel ability, and comfort with startup pace. English required; Spanish preferred. This is a full-time in-field role offering growth in healthcare AI.

Qualifications

• TX-licensed NP with board certification.
• Experience in complex adult populations.
• Ability to practice independently and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care: conduct initial and follow-up assessments.
• Tech → bedside integration: train staff to use Circadia in clinical workflows.
• Interpret trend-based insights and drive timely interventions.
• Complete documentation within the same day.
• High-volume rounding across designated SNFs (30+ visits/day).
• Provide feedback to improve workflows and tech integration.
• Mentor onboarding and collaborate with clinical ops/product teams.
