Job summary
Circadia Health, a healthcare AI company, seeks an on-site Nurse Practitioner to serve partner facilities in the Dallas, TX area. You will perform initial and follow-up assessments, act on predictive health signals in real time, and coach facility teams to integrate Circadia into daily clinical workflows.

Qualifications
- TX Nurse Practitioner license; ANCC or equivalent in Adult/Family/Geriatric/Acute.
- 2+ years NP experience with complex adult populations; able to practice independently.
- Eligible for Medicare participation; company bills on your behalf.
- Valid CA driver’s license; comfortable traveling locally.
- Thrives in a dynamic, evolving startup environment.
- English required.
Responsibilities
- Direct patient care: initial and follow-up assessments; initiate/adjust plans of care; coordinate with facility providers.
- Tech → bedside integration: train and coach staff; standardize Circadia into clinical workflows.
- Data into action: interpret trend-based insights; prioritize high-risk patients; drive timely interventions.
- Close the loop: complete documentation on the same day.
- High-volume rounding: 30+ visits/day; focus on new admits and Circadia alerts.
- Quality & product feedback: surface field insights to improve workflows and tech integration.
- Mentor & collaborate: support NP onboarding and partner with clinical ops/product teams.
