Job summary

Circadia Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our in-field team serving Dallas-area facilities. You will deliver direct patient care, interpret AI-driven health signals in real time, and coach on-site staff to integrate Circadia into daily workflows.

In this full-time role, you’ll balance clinical duties with hands-on training, live demonstrations, and shadowed assessments to reduce readmissions and improve patient outcomes through data-guided interventions.

Qualifications

• TX-licensed NP with ANCC certification.
• Eligible for Medicare participation.
• Minimum 2+ years NP experience with complex adults.
• Ability to practice independently.
• Valid CA driver’s license; local travel.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and initial/follow-up assessments.
• Train staff and integrate Circadia into clinical workflows.
• Interpret trend-based insights to drive timely interventions.
• Complete documentation on the same day.
• Conduct high-volume rounds across facilities (30+ visits/day).
• Provide feedback to product/clinical ops for workflow improvements.
• Mentor NP onboarding and collaborate with teams.
