Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to optimize how technology, data, and processes support the legal team in reporting, analytics, e-billing, and QA/QC. You will work across legal, accounting, technology, HR, and construction operations to drive efficiencies and responsible AI adoption.

The role focuses on ownership of recurring reporting, spend analytics, and data quality, with exposure to AI enablement and process improvement as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in legal operations, legal billing/finance ops, data and reporting/BI, or related role with ownership of at least one recurring function
• Experience with data validation and reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive) and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own legal reporting and analytics including spend, matters, cycle times, and performance dashboards
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL Server and Power BI
• Own data quality and validation for Legal Operations reporting
• Lead e-billing processes end to end in CounselLink and support budgeting/spend forecasting
• Perform QA/QC on AI tools and outputs and develop acceptance criteria
• Administer and support the legal technology stack (NetDocuments, CounselLink, DocuSign, Power BI)
• Document processes and knowledge for reuse and improvement
• Deliver training and drive change management across stakeholders
