Strong data analysis and dashboard skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement technologies for process optimization with focus on AI for legal workflows.
Evaluate AI-powered legal tools for fit and ROI and lead pilots.
Train team members and establish protocols balancing automation with review.
Document workflows and create standard operating procedures.
Oversee outside counsel management, onboarding, billing, and optimization.
Manage end-to-end e-billing operations and reconcile invoices.
Develop data-driven benchmarking and analytics for budgets and KPIs.
