Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to lead AI Solutions Enablement within the CAO Chief Data and Analytics Office. You will manage portfolio activities, coordinate with product, technology, data science, and risk teams, and drive governance and reporting for AI initiatives.

The role emphasizes operating rigor, transparency, and executive communications to sustain momentum across AI products and programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, strategy, product management, chief of staff, PMO, program management, or business operations.
• Executive-ready written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives and delivering on time.
• Structured operator with a track record of high achievement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day portfolio activities for CAO AI solutions, including use case intake, prioritization, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Enable delivery progress with data science teams, tracking milestones and risks.
• Directly project-manage select AI initiatives end-to-end from requirements to closure.
• Coordinate planning across AI initiatives including roadmaps, sequencing, and capacity.
• Support governance for model risk, data, privacy, security, and responsible AI with Risk and Controls teams.
• Maintain documentation of decisions, approvals, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop and update portfolio-grade artifacts like executive summaries and cross-functional accountability.
• Maintain AI solutions collateral with Executive Director.
• Communicate portfolio status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination between lines of business, data science, technology, risk, and AI partners.
• Drive PMO process improvements, tooling, reporting, and structured problem-solving.
