Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company seeks a Manager, Business Delivery to advance knowledge management and AI-enabled workflows across our organization. You will translate business vision into epics and capabilities, align with value streams, and drive cross‑functional execution with enterprise architects and business leaders.

You will lead business readiness, change management, and solution delivery while shaping strategy, governance, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

6+ years of related experience.
Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to content workflows, including prompting, AI-assisted authoring, and human-in-the-loop review practices.
Experience engaging senior business stakeholders and translating operational knowledge needs into structured content solutions.
Prior experience setting content governance standards.
Ability to structure, govern, and maintain a high-quality knowledge base.
Strong Written Communication: Disciplined approach to documentation, content quality, and knowledge base stewardship
Prior experience in strategy development.
Prior experience in project management.
Prior software delivery experience.
Prior experience within the P&C industry.
3+ years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or information architecture.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently at a program level and drive outcomes across a content domain.
KM certification or equivalent continuing education preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Owns a segment of a broad high-level business vision and translates it into a strategy and capabilities.
Participates in business discussions to define the value of what is being delivered.
Helps define employee and customer facing, and analytic capabilities aligned with strategic imperatives.
Assists in defining performance goals, KPIs and milestones for proposed solutions.
Supports analysis activities, requirements gathering and solution development for capability integrity.
Partners with business leaders to ensure delivery and execution of projects or programs.
Leads business readiness / change management / implementation of delivered capabilities.
Develops strategy business value and roadmap with timeframes, deliverables and dependencies.
Manages risk and escalated issues in partnership with business and tech teams.
Communicates with Senior Leadership and acts as liaison to understand business needs.
