Job summary

The Purpose Financial, Inc. HR Data Analyst role supports our growing HR Analytics function, ensuring data is accurate, governed, and ready for reporting across the organization.

You will be the operational backbone for workforce data, enabling informed decisions and reliable dashboards. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR data analytics, strong skills in SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, Tableau, and AI-enabled reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with 3 years of analytics experience.
• 2+ years in HR data reporting and workforce analytics.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SuccessFactors preferred), PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, and similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Audit and maintain HR data for accuracy and governance.
• Forecast headcount and track contingent workforce with alignment to organizational goals.
• Deliver core recurring reports (headcount, turnover, vacancies) with timely data.
• Uphold data governance standards across HR systems and data integrity.
• Support AI tool testing to enhance analytics, and enable dashboards for leadership.
