Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Field Sales Operations Analyst to enable Field Sales to exceed revenue goals through accurate forecasting, clean data, and operational excellence. You will turn real-time GTM data into decisions, run forecast and pipeline inspections, and support global BU priorities with rigorous process discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s a plus.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant business experience, ideally supporting a B2B/technology sales environment.
• Systems: Salesforce/CRM, Power BI, and advanced Excel; exposure to Anaplan, Power Automate, Forms, SharePoint, and Teams a plus.
• AI fluency: Comfortable with AI-assisted work and eager to automate manual processes.

Responsibilities

• Forecast management and pipeline inspection; flag risk and gaps.
• Ensure SFDC data accuracy; resolve ownership and routing discrepancies.
• Build dashboards and Power BI views; deliver analysis on pipeline and trends.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting and QBR materials.
• Support growth programs and sales plays to drive global results.
• Assist in segmentation, quota deployment, and territory coverage.
