Job summary

OpenText is seeking an experienced Field Sales Operations Analyst to forecast, analyze, and optimize UK-USA field sales performance. You will turn real-time GTM data into actionable decisions, govern opportunity ownership, and drive data integrity across SFDC.

You will build dashboards, support quarterly close cycles, and collaborate with finance, compensation, and IT on global initiatives. This is an on-site role based in the US or Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce/CRM, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• AI fluency and ability to use Copilot for automation.
• Strong analytical rigor and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly forecast and pipeline inspection; follow up on deals needing clarification and flag risk.
• Maintain live forecast files and exception reporting; surface variances and trends for leadership.
• Support daily/monthly/quarterly forecast calls and quarter-close cycles.
• Ensure SFDC data accuracy; resolve ownership, routing, and misalignment issues.
• Build and maintain dashboards and Power BI views; translate data into decisions.
• Develop reporting systems to monitor growth programs and adoption.
• Support segmentation, quota deployment and territory coverage.
• Champion AI-enabled automation to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with finance, compensation, and IT on initiatives.
