Job summary

True Zero Technologies is seeking an Endpoint Engineer – AI Desktop Deployment to design, deploy, secure, and maintain enterprise Windows endpoints for AI-enabled workloads in regulated environments. You will collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, identity, and infra teams to ensure compliant, high-performance endpoints and enable AI applications.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, Windows 10/11, Group Policy, and zero-trust controls, plus

Qualifications

• BS in a technical discipline; cybersecurity or IT focus preferred.
• Experience deploying AI desktop applications or Copilot-like tools.
• Familiarity with governance, data protection, and access-control for AI.
• Experience evaluating hardware/software readiness for AI workloads.
• Knowledge of Windows AI capabilities and AI-enabled productivity platforms.
• Experience integrating endpoint telemetry with security/IT operations.
• Proficiency with Autopilot, Graph, and scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, secure, and maintain Windows endpoints for enterprise AI workloads.
• Manage and engineer Intune/Endpoint Manager environments for enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
• Design and enforce Group Policy Objects to support security and operational requirements.
• Create standardized endpoint configurations and deployment methodologies; document processes.
• Develop provisioning/deployment solutions (Autopilot; automated enrollment).
• Evaluate Windows updates and driver/firmware readiness before production release.
• Support migration to cloud-managed or hybrid endpoint management.
• Automate repetitive admin tasks using PowerShell and other approved tools.
