Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and supporting Windows endpoints in enterprise environments.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities with PowerShell.
• Experience with modern endpoint management using Intune, SCCM, and Group Policy.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise Windows endpoint solutions.
• Deploy and manage AI-enabled applications and services on Windows devices.
• Evaluate and integrate AI technologies to boost end-user productivity.
• Configure Windows client OSs (e.g., Windows 11).
• Manage endpoint configuration with Intune, SCCM, and Group Policy.
• Automate provisioning and maintenance with PowerShell and scripts.
• Collaborate with security to ensure compliance and governance.
• Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, apps, and endpoint issues.
• Monitor performance and optimize for AI workloads.
• Create technical docs and SOPs.
• Stay current with Microsoft AI roadmap and Windows developments.
