About the Role
We're looking for a talented Systems Engineer with deep expertise in the Windows ecosystem and a passion for bringing AI capabilities to endpoint devices. You'll play a key role in designing, deploying, and optimizing modern Windows environments while enabling AI‑powered experiences directly on user endpoints.
Working alongside infrastructure, security, and engineering teams, you'll help build intelligent, secure, and scalable endpoint solutions that leverage the latest advances in Windows, Microsoft AI technologies, and endpoint management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise Windows endpoint solutions.
- Deploy and manage AI‑enabled applications and services on Windows devices.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies that enhance end‑user productivity.
- Configure and manage Windows client operating systems, including Windows 11.
- Manage endpoint configuration using Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Group Policy.
- Automate endpoint provisioning, configuration, and maintenance using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure endpoints comply with security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot complex Windows, hardware, application, and endpoint management issues.
- Monitor endpoint performance and optimize systems for AI workloads where appropriate.
- Create technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
- Stay current with Microsoft's AI roadmap, Windows platform developments, and modern endpoint management best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Systems Engineer, Endpoint Engineer, or Windows Infrastructure Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM), and Group Policy.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Experience managing enterprise endpoint deployments at scale.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Defender, endpoint security, identity, and compliance.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and authentication.
- Experience supporting modern workplace technologies in Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience deploying or supporting AI applications on endpoint devices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot+ PCs, Windows AI features, Windows ML, or ONNX Runtime.
- Understanding of NPUs (Neural Processing Units) and AI‑enabled hardware platforms.
- Experience with endpoint analytics and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Hyper‑V.
- Experience with Azure services and automation.
