Job summary

Tulip, a leading AI-native frontline operations platform, is seeking a Program/Project Manager in Somerville, MA. This hybrid role collaborates with shop floor teams, engineers, and executives to drive manufacturing digital transformations and compliant project outcomes.

You will define plans, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery while navigating GxP, ISO, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Expect travel and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering projects for regulated life sciences customers (pharma/biotech/medical devices).
• Knowledge of GxP, ISO standards and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Experience with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to develop and execute detailed project plans with milestones and ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication; capable of executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with customers and internal experts to define success and requirements.
• Organize information and communication to let teams focus on work.
• Provide guidance through manufacturing digital transformations and AI-assisted workflows.
• Understand technical details well enough to manage and elevate when needed.
• Scope and quote projects for customers; contribute to internal process improvements.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.
