Job summary

Tulip, headquartered in Somerville, MA, seeks an engineering leader to build AI-native tools and automate GTM workflows. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Ops to keep systems reliable and impactful. Hybrid role in a fast-growing AI-focused environment.

You will ship production-grade AI features, integrate LLMs, and drive measurable business outcomes across CRM enrichment, account scoring, and outreach. Salary ranges reflect market norms for MA.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations.
• Experience shipping AI-powered workflows that solve real problems.
• Familiarity with Clay and GTM tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Looker.
• Comfort scripting or API/webhook integration (Python/JS/SQL).
• Ability to translate vague asks into measurable solutions.
• Experience integrating LLMs/ML into production systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands‑on experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI-native tools and automations in Clay and adjacent platforms.
• Integrate LLMs into production GTM workflows: CRM enrichment, scoring, deal intelligence.
• Evaluate and evolve GTM tech ecosystem, building integrations and frameworks.
• Diagnose gaps in core GTM workflows and prioritize root-cause solutions.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Own end-to-end delivery: prototyping, deployment, monitoring, iteration.
• Measure adoption and business impact to guide future work.
