Job summary

RSM US LLP in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a CS Digital Product Manager to lead AI-enabled digital products for Consulting professionals and clients. You will own the vision, roadmap, and backlog, partnering with engineering to accelerate delivery and adoption of advanced AI workflows.

You will demonstrate hands-on AI fluency with tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude, building prototypes, automating tasks, and creating repeatable workflows that deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager, Product Owner, AI product, digital product, or similar role.
• Required AI fluency: mid-to-advanced, hands-on proficiency with agentic AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude.
• Ability to translate business needs into product priorities and collaborate with engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and backlog health.
• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle decisions, and prioritization for assigned products.
• Drive adoption outcomes with Change Management for training, communications, readiness, launch, and hypercare.
• Build repeatable product workflows using AI tools; prototype, refine requirements, automate tasks, and accelerate delivery.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI, automation, and knowledge retrieval into products to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering to expose enterprise data to AI agents via MCP servers/connectors.
• Rapidly prototype concepts, prompts, and proof-of-concept experiences for validation.
• Prepare Product Council recommendations for investment, scaling, sustainment, and retirement decisions.
• Make prioritization tradeoffs within roadmap, funding, risk, and capacity guardrails.
