Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Consultant, Digital Engineering to drive AI-enabled transformation across engineering and R&D. You will work with clients in a fast-moving, consultative capacity, shaping PLM, MBSE, and Digital Twin initiatives from concept to implementation.

Based in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or Seattle, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions, manage stakeholders, and advance responsible AI governance in complex engineering programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting or industry experience in Digital Engineering or related fields.
• Experience with PLM, MBSE, Digital Twin concepts and engineering software ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills for executive deliverables.
