Job summary

Howden in the United States is seeking entrepreneurial, AI-enabled Data Analysts to redefine data-driven insurance brokerage. You’ll partner with business leaders, build data models, semantic definitions, and consumption interfaces that drive commercial outcomes.

You will own the domain roadmap and collaborate as needed across analytics engineer, BI developer, and project manager roles, delivering end-to-end data products with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in analytics, data science, or related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis, BI, or analytics product development.
• Experience translating business needs into dashboards and metrics.
• Hands-on SQL and modern data visualization experience.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate as embedded business partner to understand processes, decisions, and priorities.
• Proactively recommend data and analytics solutions creating measurable business value.
• Translate business questions into visualizations, data models, and acceptance criteria.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate data exploration, documentation, and prototyping.
• Create dashboard and data-product mockups in live sessions for feedback.
• Build end-to-end data products with governance, lineage, and data-quality rules.
• Develop forecasting, segmentation, and scenario analysis tools.
• Profile and reconcile data against source systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Own the analytics product lifecycle from prototype to adoption.
