RES is seeking a Senior Analyst to build data models, analytics products and AI agents. You’ll work under the Analytics & AI Senior Lead, capturing requirements and modeling data in Microsoft Fabric to enable agents that answer from those models.

You will design agent capabilities, write tools and skills, test outcomes, and deliver with governance. This role uses AI to accelerate delivery and requires close collaboration with stakeholders in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field.
• 7+ years delivering data models, reporting, and analytics products.
• 5+ years gathering requirements from business stakeholders.
• Built an agent with an LLM in the last eighteen months.
• 2+ years using AI tools to deliver analytics work.
• Willingness to travel 5–15% and engage across domains.

Responsibilities

• Build data models and analytics products using agents and AI tools.
• Design AI agents, write tools and skills, test outputs.
• Capture requirements and translate to technical specs for models and reports.
• Deliver advanced analytics on governed data and contribute ideas for new products.
