The role requires deep experience in system design, cloud technologies, and leading engineering teams, while aligning with enterprise cybersecurity and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Proven track record using AI coding assistants to accelerate development cycles and coaching teams to adopt these tools.
• Experience designing and deploying agentic systems in production environments.
• Ability to lead and coach engineering teams and technologists.
• Experience with modern cloud technologies and enterprise design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical strategy and delivery of a Lending platform with AI-native capabilities.
• Lead multiple technology implementations across departments to achieve objectives.
• Directly manage multiple areas with strategic transactional focus.
• Interface with senior leaders to drive consensus across objectives.
• Govern AI-assisted engineering practices across teams with measurable validation standards.
