Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a consulting firm.
• Experience with health systems in Massachusetts or other Northeastern states preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the “people side” of organizational transformation with AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Guide local health partners through AI-enabled adoption, translating capability into practical guidance.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to inform strategy and execution.
• Engage stakeholders with data-driven narratives to foster trust and alignment.
• Provide coaching and upskilling to leaders and staff to sustain changes.
