Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting and financial management experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in Big 4 or large regional public accounting firms.
• Strong executive presence with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process for accurate financial reporting.
• Integrate AI agents for streamlining financial workflows.
• Manage technical accounting areas including stock-based compensation and lease accounting.
