Red Hat, the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source software, is seeking an AI Ecosystem Intern in Boston. You will contribute by interviewing partners, analyzing AI use cases, and mapping customer needs to Red Hat’s AI platform and open source technologies.

This internship offers mentorship from AI and GTM leaders, exposure to enterprise AI strategies, and a chance to shape recommendations with real business impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, business, or related field.
• Expected graduation date December 2026 or later.
• Strong analytical and research abilities to synthesize qualitative and quantitative input.
• Interest in AI/ML technologies and enterprise tech trends.
• Excellent communication and interview skills.
• Collaborative, curious, self-starter mindset.
• Familiarity with open source software and Red Hat solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interview Red Hat partners, solution architects, and field sales to uncover AI use cases.
• Analyze findings to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps in AI adoption.
• Map customer needs to Red Hat’s AI platform and open source capabilities.
• Suggest partner engagement strategies that complement GTM efforts.
• Prepare and present a final report with recommendations to AI Ecosystem leadership.
