You will gain mentorship from AI, partner, and GTM leaders, with exposure to enterprise AI landscapes and strategic recommendations that influence real business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a related bachelor's degree with expected graduation after Dec 2027.
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative input.
• Interest in AI/ML technologies and enterprise tech trends.
• Excellent communication, interviewing, and insights presentation skills.
• Self-starter mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with Red Hat partners, solution architects, and field sales teams.
• Analyze and synthesize findings to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps in AI adoption.
• Map customer needs to Red Hat’s AI platform, open source technologies, and partner ecosystem capabilities.
• Recommend partner engagement strategies and motions that complement existing GTM efforts.
• Prepare and present a final report with recommendations to AI Ecosystem leadership.
