Job summary

Red Hat’s AI Ecosystem team seeks a motivated intern in Boston to explore real‑world AI opportunities by engaging with partners and customer teams. You will map use cases to Red Hat platforms, investigate partner motions, and prepare strategic recommendations for GTM initiatives.

You will gain mentorship from AI, partner and GTM leaders while working on tangible analyses that influence open source AI strategy.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with expected graduation 2026 or later.
• Strong analytical and research abilities with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative input.
• Excellent communication skills for interviews and presenting insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with Red Hat partners, solution architects, and field teams to uncover AI use cases.
• Analyze findings to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps in AI adoption.
• Map customer needs to Red Hat’s AI platform and open source capabilities.
• Prepare and present a final report with recommendations to leadership.
