Qualifications

• Experience in workforce strategy or talent transformation within consulting or industry.
• Experience redesigning roles and operating models during large-scale tech or AI-driven change.
• Proven record leading change programs at C-suite/VP level.
• Deep knowledge of Life Sciences talent and workforce dynamics.
• Experience engaging CHRO-level stakeholders on people strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda across enterprise transformation and evolve roles and ways of working as AI advances.
• Define and own the workforce transition strategy aligned to the reinvention roadmap.
• Oversee role redesign and capability development in line with process and technology changes.
• Partner with Strategy & Value Lead on workforce investments, sequencing, and readiness.
• Engage CHRO-level leaders to align on workforce reinvention strategy.
• Develop the enterprise workforce narrative for internal and external communications.
