This is a high-visibility role with a clear path to Managing Director for high performers, requiring strategic leadership and client-facing advisory at the VP level.

You will shape workforce design and change management, coordinate with AI teams, and drive adoption signals across engagements, with travel up to 80% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in workforce strategy, organizational design, or talent transformation.
• Experience leading change management for technology or AI-driven transformations.
• Able to redesign roles within large-scale process and technology changes.
• Familiar with Life Sciences workforce dynamics and structures.
• Strong communication with VP and functional leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people change agenda for the pod's engagement and define evolving roles as AI takes over tasks.
• Own the workforce transition strategy for the pod's scope and align with technology delivery.
• Coordinate with Process Blueprint Lead and AI Innovators on organizational implications.
• Develop communications and stakeholder engagement materials for functional leadership.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns early to avoid delivery risks.
• Contribute workforce insights to the enterprise AI Transformation Office.
