Job summary

Accenture is seeking a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformations for enterprise clients. You will design and implement workforce strategies across hiring, learning, and career development, using generative AI and talent intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with clients to evolve skills, operating models, and governance for sustainable workforce evolution, traveling as needed to client sites and workshops.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Banking industry.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
• Design workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI and emerging technologies into workforce solutions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives using labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics.
• Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate workforce analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Shape skills architectures, talent marketplaces, career frameworks, and workforce transformation roadmaps.
• Leverage Talent Intelligence and skills platforms to generate insights and enable skills-driven strategies.
• Drive change initiatives for AI adoption and governance in workforce programs.
