Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced change management professional to support workforce design and organizational transformation within its Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will lead stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and the development of adoption materials, coordinating with L&D to align training delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined experience in change management, organizational development, or HR transformation.
• Experience with change impact analysis, stakeholder mapping, and change readiness assessment.
• Experience developing change communications and adoption materials for functional audiences.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
• Strong written communication skills for audience-appropriate change materials.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across the pod's functional transformation workstreams
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness surveys
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans tailored to functional audiences
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead
• Coordinate with the Learning & Development Partner to align change activities with training delivery
