Qualifications

• 3+ years in change management or HR transformation.
• Experience with change impact analysis and stakeholder mapping.
• Experience creating change communications for functional audiences.
• Familiarity with Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter methodologies.
• Strong written communication for audience-appropriate materials.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce design and change management delivery across the pod's transformation workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness surveys.
• Develop communications, change materials, and adoption plans tailored to functional audiences.
• Track adoption signals and surface resistance patterns to the Workforce Design Lead.
• Coordinate with the Learning & Development Partner to align change activities with training delivery.
