Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Work & Workforce Evolution Consultant to partner with business, HR, and transformation teams to analyze work, redesign workflows, and operationalize AI-enabled work at scale. You will create repeatable frameworks, tools, and playbooks to evolve work across the enterprise.

The role combines work design, workforce planning, and organization design with hands-on analytics and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years in workforce strategy or related consulting.
• Advanced degree plus 8+ years in workforce strategy or related field.
• Experience leading workforce planning, organizational design, or business transformation initiatives.
• Ability translate business strategy into workforce and organizational recommendations with measurable impact.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder influence across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows, processes, tasks, and roles to understand current work.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, augment, or redesign work using AI.
• Design future-state workflows and ways of working to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop workforce scenarios and organization design options aligned to business needs.
• Create clear artifacts and recommendations to support decision-making and implementation.
