Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Product Strategy Leader for Enterprise Wireless in the United States. This hybrid role requires you to work two days per week from an HPE office and focuses on AI-native, self-driving wireless networks to automate operations and enhance WLAN management.

You will partner with engineering, AI/ML, cloud, and customer-facing teams to translate complex networking challenges into differentiated product capabilities, delivering superior customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Network Engineering, Technical Product Leadership, or related roles.
• Deep expertise in enterprise WLAN technologies and wireless networking architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud-managed networking platforms and network operations.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex networking environments.
• Experience with network observability, telemetry, analytics, and operational monitoring.
• Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams to define and deliver technical products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for self-driving wireless networking capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and observability to improve customer outcomes.
• Develop long-term product visions, business cases, and investment priorities.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers, partners, and field teams to understand operational challenges.
• Analyze customer issues and translate insights into scalable product enhancements.
• Validate concepts rapidly through prototypes and customer feedback loops.
• Partner with engineering to define requirements and deliver innovative capabilities.
• Contribute expertise in enterprise WLAN, cloud-managed networking, and RF technologies.
• Review telemetry data to inform product decisions and improve resiliency.
• Drive automation to prevent misconfigurations and streamline operations.
• Champion AI/ML to improve network operations and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
