Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a highly technical Product Management leader to define and execute the vision for AI-native, self-driving wireless networks. This role focuses on automating network operations and simplifying WLAN management through AI, automation, observability, and cloud-native tech.

You will collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, cloud, and customer teams to translate challenges into innovative product capabilities and deliver differentiated products that advance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Network Engineering, Technical Product Leadership, or related roles.
• Deep expertise in enterprise WLAN technologies and wireless networking architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud-managed networking platforms and network operations.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex networking environments.
• Experience with network observability, telemetry, analytics, and operational monitoring.
• Proven ability to work directly with engineering teams to define and deliver technical products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence without authority in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for self-driving wireless networking capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and observability to eliminate operational complexity and improve customer outcomes.
• Develop long-term product visions, business cases, and investment priorities aligned with market opportunities and customer needs.
