Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Distinguished Technologist, Product Manager to lead Hybrid Cloud portfolio management and advance AI-enabled product development. This hybrid role requires strategic influence, cross-functional leadership, and a strong track record in enterprise software delivery.

You will synthesize roadmaps, manage dependencies, and drive governance across multiple business units to accelerate AI adoption and deliver customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex enterprise software, cloud, infrastructure, or platform products.
• Demonstrated experience aligning and integrating roadmaps, priorities, and dependencies across multiple product lines or business units.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software, cloud platforms, AI technologies, and modern product development practices.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-level product management execution across the Hybrid Cloud organization.
• Drive alignment of business-unit roadmaps priorities to support integrated Hybrid Cloud execution.
• Own cross-portfolio roadmap dependency management, ensuring critical dependencies, risks, and delivery blockers are identified, tracked, escalated, and resolved across business units.
• Establish portfolio-wide mechanisms for roadmap transparency, dependency management, execution tracking, and customer outcome measurement.
• Drive resolution of roadmap conflicts, execution challenges, and cross-functional delivery issues.
• Partner directly with business unit leaders to ensure delivery dependencies are visible, commitments remain on track, and measurable operating outcomes are achieved.
