Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Switching Product Leader to define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for the enterprise switching portfolio, including AI-native, cloud-managed operations across campus, branch, and data center networks.

The role requires deep hardware and software product experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance customer needs, market dynamics, and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of product management or product line management experience, with 5+ years leading product managers or cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing hardware-based product portfolios in enterprise switching, campus/branch/data center networking, or cloud-managed networking.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise switching portfolio, including cloud-managed and AI-driven operations for wired networks.
• Lead lifecycle management from concept through end-of-life with data-driven decisions.
• Engage with customers, partners, and analysts to validate strategy and represent the wired portfolio in executive engagements.
