You will own website strategy, testing roadmaps, technical execution, and KPI performance while aligning with Paid Media, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Design.

This role sits at the intersection of AI-driven customer experience and fast-paced marketing execution, offering real ownership over an emerging surface rather than incremental work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven ability to translate high-level goals into detailed, technical web requirements.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and CMS platforms (Builder.io, Webflow, Contentful).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Own AI Chatbot Experience: manage quality, performance, and improvements across live conversations and configurations.
• Lead GTM Campaigns: own strategy, build, and optimization for site-wide campaigns and feature launches.
• Oversee Production, Build & Engineering Collaboration: translate designs into functional pages using CMS and AI-assisted tooling.
• Manage Team Operations: sprint planning, project boards, stakeholder coordination to keep campaigns on track.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align with Product Marketing, Paid Media, Engineering, and Web Design; analyze performance data to optimize channels.
