Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years agency experience.
• 1–3 years managing website development and design projects.
• Knowledge of WordPress and Shopify.
• Basic understanding of web languages (HTML, Java, PHP).
• Strong creativity, organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with teams of 10+.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact, building strong relationships and providing updates.
• Lead planning, execution and monitoring of projects, aligning with client goals and agency standards.
• Communicate project status and recommendations clearly to clients and teams.
• Coordinate across the pod, aligning priorities and managing resources.
• Manage a portfolio of 10–25 clients or $37+ in monthly revenue per pod.
• Maintain high client retention and deliver on time.
