Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of software engineering, AI engineering, or related roles with hands-on AI app development.
• Proficiency in Python and building production-grade apps and integrations.
• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and RAG.
• Strong REST APIs, distributed systems, and modern software architecture knowledge.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Next.js/Node.js in web environments.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital experience ecosystems; Git, CI/CD, containers, cloud deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using commercial and open-source LLMs.
• Build RAG-based solutions retrieving info from enterprise knowledge bases and content repositories.
• Develop AI agents and multi-step workflows to automate web development tasks.
• Apply prompt engineering, structured outputs, and model evaluation for reliable AI apps.
• Integrate AI services via REST APIs, SDKs, and enterprise integration frameworks.
